1. If Novato Horses, the client must present the documents of the new horses.
2. RLD will check the coggins test and vaccination records based on the horse’s name or Dam, year of foaling, and sex.
3. Once verified, RLD will check if the identification is correct.
4. If the documents are in order, the client may proceed with the payment for horse registration.
