In compliance with the Memorandum from Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea dated 16 March 2020 (Community Quarantine Over the Entire Luzon and Further Guidelines for the Management of the COVID-19 Situation), and Civil Service Commission Announcement No. 13, s. 2020 (Alternative Work Arrangements in Light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine Over the Entire Luzon), the Philippine Racing Commission will implement a “Work from Home” arrangement starting 17 March 2020 until further notice.
