MANILA – The excitement continues at the Metro Manila Turf Club, Inc. (MMTCI) in Malvar, Batangas, as the 2025 PHILRACOM 3YO Maiden Stakes Race (2) on 23 February 2025. With a distance of 1400-meters and a guaranteed gross prize of PHP1,500,000.00 plus a Breeder’s Purse of PHP150,000,00 the race will showcase promising three-year-old thoroughbreds competing with a handicap weight of 52-54kg.

A competitive lineup of ten contenders is set to battle for maiden glory. Be Kind (Blue Berry – No Day is Lost), owned by Tisha T. Sevilla and bred by; He’s So Fine (What an Offer – Luck and Fame), owned by James T. Sevilla; Jema Bell (He’s Had Enough – Princess), representing Bell Racing Stable, and Levitating (Sakima – Hitting Spree), owned by SC Stockfarm, Inc.

Adding to the competition are M Butterfly (Cat Brulay – Madame De Stael), owned by Maria Theresa D. Floirendo, and Mastery (National Pride – Lorinda), owned by Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr. The filly Natasha (Sakima – Smart Candy), owned by Luis Angelo L. Sevilla, will also test her skills against a strong field. Parade King (Diamond King – Dixie Parade), owned by Melanie Habla, joins the fray alongside Sipocot Boy (Adios Reality – Our Angel’s Dream), owned by Carlomagno M. Batalla. Rounding out the lineup is Transform (Juggling Act – Liquid Oxygen) who won the trial race, owned by Herminio Esguerra.

This event follows the thrilling 3YO Maiden Stakes Race (1) held last 19 January 2025, where Señor Ivarra emerged victorious. Owned by Ron Benjamin Garcia, Señor Ivarra showcased exceptional speed and endurance, setting a high standard for upcoming races.
