Associations and Federations

Associations or federations of race horse owners, breeders, trainers, jockeys and other segments of the racing industry shall not be recognized unless they are registered with the PHILRACOM, provided that the PHILRACOM shall only register associations whose members are exclusively for jockeys, for horse trainers or for horse owners as such, not associations or mixed membership of jockeys, trainers and/or owners.
