Policy matters are tackled right after each technical session part for the necessary adjustments, rules and regulation sensitive changes that will be elevated to the PHILRACOM Board of Commissioners if ever there will be Resolutions that needs to be enacted.
This method of systematic changes will make the Handicap Races be the delight of racing afficionados full of fairness, transparency, and responsiveness on the part of PHILRACOM.Last Updated on Monday, 17 December 2012 15:09
