Ladies' Kapamilya Brigade - Invades SCLP, Naic

The PHILRACOM Ladies' Kapamilya Brigade (LKB), comprised of female employees of the Commission conquered the tranquility of the Saddle and Clubs Leisure Park in Naic, Cavite, 26 March 2012.

Armed with spade, shovels and rakes, these fearless women of the Commission carried out their "Tree Planting (TreeP) Mission" which correlates with the celebration of the National Womens' Month - March 2012 and in support to the Environmental Awareness Program of the government.

Headed by the Deputy Executive Director Eva L. Bataller and assisted by the PRCI staff led by Engr. Dante Vertucio, the PHILRACOM-LKB displayed their tremendous show of force as they handily buried at the SCLP grounds seedlings of fruit bearing trees - atis, durian, and jackfruit.

The next PHILRACOM TreeP Activity will be in May 2012, to captivate the serenity of the terrains of Silang, Cavite in coordination with its Local Government and DENR-Cavite.
